This memorial shall remain the property of Fenton Memorials until fully paid. Half down is required and paid off before delivery. Orders changed after 30 days will incur fees. Orders canceled after 7 days of approval will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Changes made to the approved layout after 30 days will incur a $125 fee to re-cut stencils. Once the marker is in production, any and all deposits made are non-refundable. The balance due on this contract is payable when the memorial is ready for delivery. Unavoidable delays may be expected. Production time and delivery times vary. Time frames cannot be guaranteed. Depending on where the stone is sourced and customization, time frames are typically either 75-90 days or 6-7 months. A separate cemetery fee must be paid to the cemetery for foundation installation or flush in-ground installation drop off. We cannot deliver until foundation installation completion. Delivery installation season ends when the temperatures change to freezing, typically November-April. Stones are stored until spring delivery during these months when temperatures are warm enough for the granite epoxy to hold. This contract does NOT cover any future work on the memorial, such as final dates. Future painting or maintenance is not included. Any future lettering agreement will be on its own exclusive contract, or they will not be recognized, it being understood that there are no verbal or other agreements which modify and affect.
