This 4″ Army service medallion is an adhesive-backed metal medallion and is embossed and in full-color.

This 4″ Army service medallion can be added to any full-size cremation urn with a flat side. The medallion is made of metal — it is thinner than a coin so that it will lay flat against any material to which it is applied.

Application of the military medallion to the cremation urn of your choice or similar is easy. You remove the paper from the adhesive backing, center the medallion wherever you think it is appropriate, and then apply it using an even pressure.
